del presente procedimiento es regular la recepci\u00f3n, tratamiento, investigaci\u00f3n y resoluci\u00f3n de las denuncias sobre presuntas irregularidades o incumplimientos cometidos por empleados, colaboradores, directivos o socios de negocios y\/o servicios, que puedan surgir en el ejercicio de la actividad social y de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de la FUNDACI\u00d3N INTERNACIONAL DE EDUCACI\u00d3N, situaciones de riesgos por exposiciones derivadas de las interconexiones con terceros especialmente con la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y otros organismos p\u00fablicos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Canal de denuncias de la FUNDACI\u00d3N INTERNACIONAL DE EDUCACI\u00d3N es accesible a trav\u00e9s de la web corporativa https:\/\/colegionewman.org\/<\/span><b>canal-de-denuncia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\/<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">facilitando su uso a empleados, colaboradores, directivos o socios de negocios y\/o servicios, y en general a cualquier tercero interesado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El objetivo del Canal de denuncias es canalizar y facilitar la formulaci\u00f3n segura de cualquier comunicaci\u00f3n sobre <\/span><b>sospechas de conductas irregulares, malas pr\u00e1cticas profesionales, y cualquier violaci\u00f3n de las obligaciones del \u00e1mbito del Compliance y del C\u00f3digo \u00c9tico o de Conducta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, fomentando un entorno de Cumplimiento basado en los principios y valores de la FUNDACION INTERNACIONAL DE EDUCACION. Todo ello seg\u00fan lo dispuesto en la Ley 2\/2023, de 20 de febrero, reguladora de la protecci\u00f3n de las personas que informen sobre infracciones normativas y de lucha contra la corrupci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, el procedimiento busca asegurar que durante todo el proceso se garantice eficazmente la protecci\u00f3n de la privacidad de las personas involucradas y la confidencialidad sobre los datos contenidos en la denuncia, pudiendo realizarse la denuncia de forma an\u00f3nima si as\u00ed lo
